So you need to make an educated choice after reading reviews and such. Samsung SyncMaster PX2370 User Manual (45 pages) Samsung LCD Monitor User Manual Brand: Samsung Category: Monitor Size: 7. ![]() I don't think 27' monitors have been in the market long enough to be as refined. Along with the probably slightly inflated price 27" 1080p monitors may carry, you need to consider the fact that you can get a 24" with a finer dot pitch and density for cheaper and it may be a better option as they're had more time to be refined (such as the Samsung PX2370). This is because with TN panels you get poor viewing angles, especially vertically, so the bigger the monitor is relative to you (a function of size vs distance from eyes), the harder it becomes to look straight onto the monitor without the viewing angles causing color shifts / inversion (due to a limited range of angles you can look at the monitor from). You should take a look at the monitor, turned on of course, before buying. I don't have an answer to your question, unfortunately, but I can suggest one thing. Well, you could say pretty much all TN panels (and even IPS panels) nowadays come with low enough response times to not make ghosting an apparent problem. ![]()
